 1972 Plymouth Scamp, 3550# with driver and fuel

Engine: 440, .030" over, Ross flat top pistons, Eagle H-beam rods, forged crank .010'/.010' under, Milodon low profile 7 qt pan, Milodon windage tray, Melling HV oil pump,  MP oil pump drive, Rollmaster billet adjustable timing chain, Engle KV-3-4 solid cam, Comp cams solid lifters, Comp Cams #920 outer springs,#974 inner springs, 10 ed titainium locks and retainers, Crane 1.5 gold roller rockers and shafts, Crane 3/8" pushrods, I ported the 452 iron heads myself and they got a touch up on the bowls by the machinist when the last valve job was done (sorry, no flow #'s), 2.14" intake and 1.81" exhaust valves. Edelbrock Victor  intake, Holley 1000 cfm HP carb with annular boosters,  with a 1" spacer.

Suspension:Rear: Stock rear leaf springs from 1974 360 Duster (yep, 30 years old) , Cal Trac bars with 1/2 turn of preload, Rancho 9000 adj. shocks, springs moved 3/4" with offset hangers and shackles. 8 3/4" rear, Moser axles,a spool and 3.91 gears.

Front: Big bolt pattern brakes, poly bushings, 6 cylinder torsion bars, and 90-10 shocks.

Tires: 28"x11.5"  Hoosier Quick Time Pro's on 15x7 Welds and 165-SR-15's on 15x5 Welds.

Trans: 727 full manual reverse pattern and 8" custom converter both By Dynamic (Frank Lupo,Maryland)

Exhaust: CPPA (now TTI) 2" underchassis headers (from 1990?) into  3 1/2" x 3" Dr. Gas "X" from Scott Brown, 3" Dynomax welded Race Magnums (aka welded Ultra Flows) with 3" tail pipes.

Fuel system:  Stock tank with sump added, Holley Black pump, 1/2" aluminum line up to a Barry Grant regulator, 2 #6 AN lines into carb.

Interior: Full STOCK interior, front bench with fold down arm rest (extra heavy), Autometer gauges, M&R 5 point harness, MSD shift light, B&M Pro Stick, S&W 6 point roll bar.

Except for the fiberglass scoop, the body is all steel, nothing has been lightened,  the lights, wipers and heater all work.

Lowest et of 11.17@120.89 mph.
